Jerry Giovannone’s contract to paint his home called for a 10-year warranty on materials and labor. Rather than having to paint every 3 or 4 years, he figured with a 10 year warranty, it was a pretty good deal. In 2004, Masterpiece Exteriors sent a crew to paint the outside of Giovannone’s home.
