Smith claimed that subcontractors for the company caused a plumbing leak that damaged large areas of engineered wood flooring in his home. Tile & Marble owner Donna Bundy asked for one more shot at repairing the floor. Smith was skeptical — understandably — but finally agreed on the condition the flooring would be replaced if he wasn’t totally satisfied with the repair.
